Online Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are unsatisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or an exchange (shipping charges are nonrefundable). Please note that Julbo USA only accepts returns from US customers. Please print out this form (PDF), fill it out and include it in your package.
Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order you have placed with Julbo, you must contact customer service by email (contact@julbousa.com) or by phone (800-651-0833).
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, and the date you placed your order. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).
Out of Stock Policy
Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as “in stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. Most out of stock items are in stock again within 2-3 weeks. We will do our best to inform you when your item will be back in stock when we contact you about the out of stock notification.
Shipping Policies
Julbo Inc. is the distributor for the United States. As such, we are only authorized to ship within the U.S. If you are outside of the U.S., please look for the Julbo distributor within your country. Those distributors can be found on our international site: www.julbo-eyewear.com/en/dealer_locator.html.
Other Shipping Policies
All items indicated to be in stock are shipped the next business day if the order is placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time. In stock items ordered after 5:00 PM Eastern Time will be shipped on the following business day.
A confirmation email is sent once the order has been entered into our system. This email will have an order number that will allow you to track the package on our website: http://www.julbousa.com/service/ .

Privacy and Security
We make use of PayPal, a secure payment service, to collect your credit card information for online transactions. Julbo does not store, process or transmit your credit card information (or other payment data) from these online transactions. The following information is collected when you navigate the Julbo site: Internet Protocol (IP) address, information about pages visited and the duration of time visitors stayed. Information collected is used to improve our site and services.
Julbo employs "cookies" to collect anonymous web visitor traffic statistics and to make your return visits quick, easy and more enjoyable. Cookies are small amounts of text that are given to your browser software by a website, to be sent back to that website during your visit or at a later date, enabling you to take advantage of enhanced personalized features of that site. Cookies do not read your hard drive and cannot harm your computer. While you may configure your browser not to accept cookies, this will disable your ability to use several important features including online shopping and website logins.
Where appropriate, we use standard encryption technology (HTTPS) to safely transfer data and to prevent third parties from accessing visitor information.
Julbo will not sell or share your email address or contact information with other organizations or businesses.
Julbo Lifetime Warranty
We have spent over 120 years building quality, performance products and stand behind them 100%. Julbo warranties all sunglasses and goggles against manufacturing for the lifetime of the product. Julbo maintains the sole right to determine what is a manufacturing default or failure.
Scope of Warranty: The warranty will be honored for the lifetime of the product for the original owner. The warranty applies to all types of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover sunglasses or goggles that are stolen, lost, dropped, crushed, scratched, run over, chewed by human, pet or wild animal or other damage that is caused by the consumer. This warranty extends only to residents of the United States.
Repair Policy: Julbo will make every effort to make repairs as per customers’ request. Requested repairs that are not covered under the Julbo Lifetime Warranty Policy will be performed at the cost of the parts replaced. Please note: Replacement parts for our current and most popular models are also available for purchase at www.julbousa.com/parts/.
Returns and repairs may take up to three weeks depending on work load and staff availability.
Please send the following with your Warranty/Repair:
- a printed copy of the Warranty Form filled out (any missing or incomplete information may delay the processing of your repair)
- your sunglasses or goggles in their entirety and in clean condition. Sunglasses and goggles returned in any other condition will be sent back to you without inspection.
