An all round player at the highest standards of rock, ice and alpine climbing, Jared calls Durango, Colorado home. Jared has spent a lot of time exploring the Black Canyon establishing a number of difficult and thought provoking routes topped of by Shadowboxing IV 5.13a R.
On the ice he established many first ascents including Fistful of Steel at M11 Colorado's hardest mixed route. Jared has traveled extensively world wide often working closely with National Geographic. He has made two attempts on Jannu (7710m), Nepal, established Parallel Worlds (VII 5.11 A4) on Great Trango, Pakistan, and Book of Shadows (VII 5.10+ A4 WI 4) on Nameless Tower, Pakistan.
